Recently had my Moms wedding set restored with new stones. It had been taken apart as many as 50 years ago but had great sentimental value. It was a modest 70 years ago old set, required 8 new stones, gallery build to make the wedding band a standalone ring , and all new prongs. Beautifully completed in a couple weeks - and a hit with the recipients.

My wife and I went to Waldo Jewelers for engagement and wedding rings and could not be happier. Her engagement ring and my wedding band are pictured below. We brought in ideas for each ring. They gave feedback on what they thought would look good and how we could make the rings our own. They were able to make models of the rings to try on before committing to turning into gold. Once we had finalized our design, they were very quick to turnaround with a final product. We also had a slight mishap with a ring cleaning elsewhere and Waldo Jewelers quickly replaced the missing diamond. Throughout the entire process, they were easy to reach and responsive. The entire staff was kind and helpful every time we interacted. Not to mention, their diamond options were very affordable!

Michael and his team are simply amazing. I have received countless compliments on the engagement ring I bought for my fiancée. Michael designed it based on what I told him, and it wowed me. He’s super nice, knowledgeable and truly puts customer satisfaction first. Can’t recommend Waldo Jewelers enough!

We originally came to Waldo Jewelers to have an engagement ring designed. We came with the center stone already and Michael designed a gorgeous band to complement my center stone. He listened to my ideas and came up with a wonderful design that I love. Because of our positive experience, we came back to Waldo to have my wedding band designed. Again, Michael designed a gorgeous contoured band to complement my engagement ring. We brought him my mom's wedding set which included her engagement, wedding, and 10-year bands all fused together. Waldo was able to separate the 10-year to return to my mom, remove her center engagement stone to return to her, and remove the diamonds from her wedding band to reuse in my wedding band. My mother also had two gold bracelets that needed repair. Several other jewelers had told her they could not be repaired because the clasps and pins were "too complex" or "outdated." Waldo had no issue and repaired them for us quickly. The pricing was very reasonable for all of our products. It was about 25% of a big box jeweler. For this reason, we also used Waldo for my husband's simple white gold wedding band. We had a phenomenal experience and will definitely come back for our jewelry needs.

Waldo Jewelers did an amazing job with our custom engagement ring and wedding rings! The design process was easy, fun, and straightforward. We picked the diamond in store and shared inspiration pictures. They made a 3D mold based on the design, so I could confirm I liked the prototype before making the ring. Great customer service, and they make the rings in house, so we got to meet the individual who worked on our rings. Great experience!

I recently purchased a stunning diamond commitment ring from Waldo Jewelers, by Bridget Morrison an amazing gemologist/jewelry designer and I couldn't be happier with the result. The custom ring, featuring a kite setting princess cut lab-grown diamond with channel-set diamonds down the side in white gold, surpassed all my expectations. What truly made it special was the addition of a Garnet stone she put at the bottom of my diamond, symbolizing my boyfriend and our profound bond. Bridgit's customer service was exceptional throughout the entire process. From brainstorming the design to the final creation, they were attentive, understanding, and always kept me updated on the progress. The ring was crafted flawlessly and delivered in a timely manner, showcasing their dedication to customer satisfaction. I took my favorite bracelet in for repair. I've had it for 20 years. Not only did they fix it when I picked it up, but it looked brand new, probably better than it looked when I first purchased it. It was polished to perfection, and they replaced a missing diamond. I recommend anyone looking for jewelry or jewelry repairs to do business with Waldo. I've always had good experiences. I can't wait to take my ring and pendant to them to get restored.
